What to Expect:

Coaching is a creative process that we explore together. I will follow your lead from the very start. My job as a coach is not to tell you what to do with your life. I believe you are the expert of your own life and that you know what will work best for you. My role is to ask thought-provoking questions, share my observations, and hold space for you to uncover your next steps. I am here to encourage you on the trail that you are already blazing for yourself!

Each session, you will come prepared with a topic you’d like to focus on. From there, we will explore different ideas, uncover barriers and make a plan to move forward toward your end-goal. At the heart of coaching is an opportunity to experiment, try new things, and push outside of your comfort zone, all with the support and accountability of someone (me!) who believes you will succeed.

The Lab: Group Coaching

Group coaching is another great way to set and pursue an intention or goal. The Lab is a space to try new things, be curious about the process, and be catalysts of learning for each other. Like scientists, we will approach our goals as you would an experiment- looking at challenges with a spirit of curiosity. In the lab you can expect to:

  • Discuss your goal among supportive people

  • Practice accountability 

  • Provide feedback and ideas to other members 

  • Celebrate wins as a group!

These groups can have a maximum of 10 people for each session. There is no fee to join, and you can sign up for meetings as you go.

Meet & Greet

In order for coaching to be successful, it is important that the two of us connect well. This is why I offer a complimentary 30-minute Meet & Greet. I want you to feel confident that I am a good fit for you (and vice versa) before you decide to invest. Additionally, this initial conversation provides us a chance to explore your potential goals, talk about the coaching process, and decide if coaching is the best path forward.

1:1 Coaching Programs

If we are a good fit, we will begin one-on-one sessions to discuss your goals, assess and address existing barriers, uncover talents and passions, and create a plan to achieve your goals. Coaching programs include:

  • 60-Minute coaching sessions (2 per month)

  • Texts between sessions for accountability

  • Resources/Homework to support your goals

I have a sliding scale payment option for 1:1 Coaching Sessions. Clients can elect to pay the amount they are comfortable with between: $75-$125/session.
